Dover Castle. The lady at the front door said we would need about 3 hours to tour the castle, 5 hours later Chris and I were exhausted but explored almost every inch of this amazing place including the secret wartime tunnels ( No photography allowed.) . We had the whole place nearly to ourselves.
In May of 08, U-turn took on a meaning of it's own. I left the job I had done for 9 years in the industry I had work in for over 20 years. I was given and took the once in a life time opportunity to stop, go back and do it again. A mid-life u-turn.
I have worked along side my husband selling his art and loved every moment. I have spent hours and hours getting to work on my photography, cooking, be with family and friends, relaxing, enjoying, stressing out , being there, much of which I may have missed had I not u-turned. I can't thank Chris, Grandma and Grandpa and all the other family and friends enough for supporting me in this and making it possible.
Hope you enjoy my pictures.
Many Thanks!
Andrea
